Best Places to Work 2026
We did it again!
For the second year running, Bluesoup has been named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work in the UK.
And honestly? We couldn’t be prouder.
Campaign’s annual Best Places to Work list recognises the top 100 workplaces across the UK advertising and marketing industry. Produced in partnership with Connor Broadley Benefits Consulting and assessed by Workforce Research Group, the awards are based not only on company policies and benefits, but also on confidential employee feedback about workplace culture.
So, to be recognised again in 2026 means a huge amount to us.
At Bluesoup, we’ve always believed that great work starts with great people. We care deeply about creating an environment where people feel supported, trusted and genuinely enjoy coming to work - whether that’s collaborating in the office, sharing ideas remotely, or taking time to recharge outside of work.
Because brilliant work shouldn’t come at the expense of wellbeing.
From flexible working and family-first thinking to creative collaboration and team socials, we’ve worked hard to build a culture that balances ambition with authenticity.
And while awards are lovely, the real achievement is creating a place where talented people want to stay, grow and do their best work together.
CEO Ben Duhig is super proud of the award and team: “Being recognised as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for the second year running is a massive testament to the spirit of Bluesoup. We often hear that culture is set from the top, but the reality is that it only lives if every single person believes in it.
People are the heartbeat of Bluesoup and we are a people business, plain and simple. This recognition belongs to the entire team who show up and collaborate with one another, our clients and our partners every day.
I’m so proud of this team for living our values and making this agency a place where people truly want to be.”
To everyone at Bluesoup: thank you. This recognition belongs to every single member of the team.
