Ben is a media man by trade having learnt his craft on giants such as Ford, Tesco, NatWest and Audi. Career milestones include launching the Ford Focus and turning the RAC orange, as well as winning awards for his work in London & New York.
Ben's experience in the travel and tourism sector spans over 20 years and encompasses UK holiday operators, overseas operators, tourist attractions, destination marketing and everything in between. He is a member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism and has spoken at industry events, sharing his knowledge and passion for the sector. He is a results driven, consumer centric planner and consistently develops creative ways to ensure campaigns are seen by consumers.
As a hugely experienced, award winning designer, with many years of travel and tourism industry experience, Steve's knowledge and constant creativity has seen great successes for our clients. His role is to make sure that everything creatively that leaves our agency is something that we can be proud of.
Prior to Bluesoup he has had the pleasure of having worked on many famous brands including Wrigley's, BP, Bausch and Lomb, Olbas, Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Shloer. From brand development to packaging, to TV commercials and advertising campaigns, Steve thrives on a challenge.
Charli joined Bluesoup after completing her degree in Business and Marketing. As she has grown in experience, she has gone on to run the agency's largest accounts and now leads the Account Management team thanks to her wealth of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
Career highlights include managing the Eden Project media account for over 5 years, helping evolve the Lochs & Glens media strategy and driving efficiencies on TV for Exodus Travels. Charli marries offline and online marketing seamlessly and has an enviable ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Sarah boasts over 20 years account management experience in the travel and tourism sector. Clients value her experience and insights and see her as a valuable member of their extended team.
Sarah is well versed in a range of media including press, out of home, radio, TV & digital. She works hard with our digital and creative teams to manage a range of projects from innovative DM, through to brochures and of course new website builds.
Emma has worked in advertising and marketing for the majority of her career, the bulk of which has been in the travel & hospitality sector. Emma boasts an eclectic skill set, incorporating everything from media planning and buying to print management and brand creation. Her ability to adapt comms depending on the medium is second to none.
Emma has worked with a variety of clients across her career from destinations to hotel groups right through to incredible gastro pubs. To say she understands the sector is an understatement!
Tom's career in design started from an illustrative background at an agency in Jersey. A deliberated communicator, he brings a strong creative writing talent to the heart of every brief, ensuring thoughtful creative outcomes in the process. He understands how to generate creative for tourism clients which inspires, resonates and encourages sales.
Tom is talented both in traditional formats but also in video and digital content production. He is able to take 2D concepts and translate them into moving formats for a range of clients.
Lewis is our Head of SEO at Bluesoup. He's responsible for planning and executing our SEO strategies, liaising with clients and staying one step ahead of the ever-changing Google algorithms.
Lewis is able to explain SEO in plain English, and uses a simple but highly effective approach to SEO. The gains for all of our clients are impressive, but perhaps the greatest claim is a £900k win for one of our clients which was directly attributable to our SEO work!
Martin has worked at the sharp end of the tourism industry for over 11 years. Before joining the agency he was Deputy Manager of a hotel Leisure Club, so understands the sector from the coal face better than any of us having worked directly with end users.
Having transitioned to agency life Martin has developed and embraced the world of digital marketing. He has an enviable attention to detail and his insights and approach have yielded efficiencies for clients across the board.
Lewis is our newest recruit, he’s responsible for analysing the performance of our client’s media accounts to uncover opportunities that impact our client’s objectives. Being passionate and curious about data, he understands how to start with a question and develop the narrative to create actionable insights.
His skillset is blended from a degree in Psychology, experience in research, data analysis, and previous agency experience where he excelled at account optimisation and development. Lewis enjoys a challenge, and whilst being focused on detail, has a natural ability to see the big picture.
Debs manages the finances at Bluesoup. Whether that's invoicing clients and making sure we get paid on time, or making sure we pay our own suppliers on time, it's all under her careful and organised watch. Deb's joined Bluesoup shortly after it launched and has been instrumental in helping it grow thanks to the knowledge that finances are in hand and under control.
