Ben is a media man by trade having learnt his craft on giants such as Ford, Tesco, NatWest and Audi. Career milestones include launching the Ford Focus and turning the RAC orange, as well as winning awards for his work in London & New York.
Ben's experience in the travel and tourism sector spans over 20 years and encompasses UK holiday operators, overseas operators, tourist attractions, destination marketing and everything in between. He is a member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism and has spoken at industry events, sharing his knowledge and passion for the sector. He is a results driven, consumer centric planner and consistently develops creative ways to ensure campaigns are seen by consumers.
Creative Director
As a hugely experienced, award winning designer, with many years of travel and tourism industry experience, Steve's knowledge and constant creativity has seen great successes for our clients. His role is to make sure that everything creatively that leaves our agency is something that we can be proud of.
Prior to Bluesoup he has had the pleasure of having worked on many famous brands including Wrigley's, BP, Bausch and Lomb, Olbas, Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Shloer. From brand development to packaging, to TV commercials and advertising campaigns, Steve thrives on a challenge.
Director of Client Services
Charli joined Bluesoup after completing her degree in Business and Marketing. As she has grown in experience, she has gone on to run the agency's largest accounts and now leads the Account Management team thanks to her wealth of experience in the travel and tourism sector. Career highlights include managing the Eden Project media account for over 5 years, helping evolve the Lochs & Glens media strategy and driving efficiencies on TV for Exodus Travels. Charli marries offline and online marketing seamlessly and has an enviable ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Head of Digital
Her fierce passion for finding return on investment in the digital sphere for our clients is what drives her development of watertight digital strategies. Her role here is defined by not only supporting the Team hitting their KPIs, but supporting our clients in hitting their business objectives too. With a degree in Finance, Business & Economics, her work is underpinned by data & rational, proven theory.
She has earnt her expertise in PPC across lead generation & ecommerce with 8 years in industry. Past accolades include being Shortlisted for Best Large UK PPC Agency by the UK Search Awards in 2022 whilst at the helm of Bristol's largest growing PPC Team, as well as winning Best Local PPC Campaign in that same year.

Tom is a seasoned digital marketing expert with over 18 years of industry experience. As Head of Paid Digital, he is passionate about driving client success through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. Tom has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across a wide range of industries, including travel, insurance, medical, and retail.
With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Tom excels at optimising campaigns to maximise ROI. He is committed to staying ahead of industry trends and continuously upskilling his team to ensure they deliver cutting-edge solutions. His enthusiasm for new business and client onboarding is infectious, and he is dedicated to building strong, impactful campaigns.
Digital Executive
Martin has worked at the sharp end of the tourism industry for over 11 years. Before joining the agency he was Deputy Manager of a hotel Leisure Club, so understands the sector from the coal face better than any of us having worked directly with end users. Having transitioned to agency life Martin has developed and embraced the world of digital marketing. He has an enviable attention to detail and his insights and approach have yielded efficiencies for clients across the board.

Graham brings a wealth of experience to Bluesoup following a long and varied career in digital marketing. Working for a diverse range of clients across all sectors, Graham applies an analytical, problem-solving mindset to delivering successful SEO strategies.
Graham has worked in the past for clients such as Vodafone, Dubai Airports, Bournemouth Council, Visit Chile, Napa Valley and a wide range of destinations, attractions and holiday providers and brings the same attention to detail and diligence to every project.

Rob is an award winning designer who’s career spans more than 20 years. He has helped many well known brands tell compelling stories and connect with their audiences, including house hold names such as BP, Intel, Grants Whiskey, The Royal Mint and Wrigley.
Whether he’s designing branding, advertising, websites or brochures, Rob takes pride in coming up with simple ideas and crafting beautiful designs. Key milestones include: branding Woodworm Cricket bats (famously endorsed by Freddie Flintoff), art directing a TV advert with the iconic Honey Monster and designing award winning promotional packaging for Grant’s Whiskey.
Designer
With over 20 years of design experience, Tab brings a versatile skill set and a passion for impactful creativity to her role at Bluesoup. Her career spans various sectors, with a particular focus on environmental initiatives, where her designs have produced measurable results.
As a co-founder of The 2 Minute Foundation, Tab played a key role in advancing the charity’s mission to combat litter and pollution. She designed the first #2MinuteBeachClean stations—now found in over 1,100 locations worldwide—and helped grow an online community of more than 78,000 followers. Her work with Keep Britain Tidy on environmental campaigns across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset increased visibility and engagement by 40% and supported the removal of 165 tonnes of marine plastic.

Her broad and diverse background underscores her exceptional ability to drive results across various industries, managing and overseeing complex client projects across multiple platforms. Account Executive
Ashleigh is a marketing enthusiast who loves to communicate with people and create value. She began her journey into the marketing space as an apprentice where she gained hands-on experience and knowledge in various marketing areas.
Since joining Bluesoup, Ashleigh has worked on various exciting and challenging projects/campaigns, achieving goals and satisfying clients. She is a diligent and eager learner who always seeks to grow and improve. When she’s not working, she likes to work out and stay active.
Head of Home & Interiors
Stephen is a highly creative thinker who started his marketing communications career working on a number of London commercial property and financial services accounts. Highlights of that era include seeing a reinsurance client’s corporate identity emblazon on turf at The Oval (as lead cricket sponsor) and working on an experimental project with a young graffiti artist (who would later become Banksy!).
He has helped the established household name Twyford Bathrooms make a triumphant return to the residential market and directed a top performing YouTube short video for the DIY institution that is Stanley Black & Decker. However, he derives his biggest professional satisfaction from seeing many fledgling brands in this space take flight. Stephen’s experience in high-end property, luxury interior and built environment sectors now spans more than 20 years.
He's a values-driven as well as a results-driven strategist who intuitively “gets" clients’ brands; passionate about delivering projects to an impeccable standard, whilst doing so with integrity at all times.
Finance Manager
Debs manages the finances at Bluesoup. Whether that's invoicing clients and making sure we get paid on time, or making sure we pay our own suppliers on time, it's all under her careful and organised watch. Deb's joined Bluesoup shortly after it launched and has been instrumental in helping it grow thanks to the knowledge that finances are in hand and under control.
