Rebrand
At Bluesoup, our design team took on the challenge of rejuvenating Cavanna Homes. We needed to give it an edge in the competitive property market. Our objective was clear: to position the brand as a top-tier and reputable provider of homes in the South West. Our priority? To modernise Cavanna Home's old logo and branding. For this challenge, we also had to ensure consistency in design across all developments to build strong recognition and trust among buyers throughout the West Country—and beyond!
Bluesoup undertook a redesign of Cavanna Homes' brand, focusing on core brand elements, such as modernising its old logo. Our solution was to create consistency across all touchpoints, including its signage, website, developments and brochures.
Inspired by the brand's rich history and coastal heritage, Bluesoup updated the existing seahorse mascot, "Trigger," and created modern design elements with vibrant colours to solidify the brand across all media forms. This creative approach established a more personal brand image that is recognisable and effective for large-scale marketing usage.
Whilst design took time, changes were scheduled practically overnight, making this one of our biggest and fastest design projects to date when it came to rebranding!
With our design know-how and rich experience, we helped promote Cavanna Homes with its new brand logo. Our rebranding initiatives haven't just elevated the brand's status and visibility; they've also earned awards, showcasing their dedication to the strapline we created, "building brilliance" and customer satisfaction!
