Paid Digital Executive
The Role
This is a brilliant entry point into the world of paid digital. You'll be joining our digital team as a Paid Digital Executive, getting stuck into real campaigns for real clients from day one.
You'll support the team across PPC and paid media activity, working on a varied mix of clients and picking up skills fast. We'll give you the training, the tools and the support. You bring the enthusiasm.
Experience? Not essential. Attitude? Non-negotiable.
What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting the setup, management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and various other channels
• Monitoring campaign performance and putting together clear, useful reports for clients
• Getting involved in keyword research, ad copywriting and audience analysis
• Helping with landing page analysis and flagging opportunities to improve conversion rates
• Keeping up with platform changes and paid digital best practice
• Working collaboratively across the wider digital team on integrated campaigns
• Supporting client communications and contributing your ideas in team sessions
• Pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For
We hire on potential. A great CV helps, but it's not the whole picture. Here's what matters to us:
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and a real desire to build a career in paid media
• A positive, proactive attitude. Someone who gets stuck in and asks good questions
• Strong attention to detail. You notice the things others miss
• Comfortable with numbers and data. You can spot what the results are actually saying
• Clear written communication skills. Important for ad copy and client reporting
• Well organised and able to juggle more than one thing at a time
• A team player. We work closely together and enjoy doing it
Experience & Qualifications
We're open to candidates with no experience at all, right through to those with up to a year under their belt. What we're really looking for is the right person.
• No formal qualifications required, though a relevant degree or certification is a nice bonus
• Any hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or paid social is useful, even if it's been in a personal or academic context
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus, but we can teach you
• A Google Ads certification would stand out, but it's not a dealbreaker
