The challenge

The Myers Touch are award-winning interior architects and designers. They specialise in creating luxury living spaces that don’t only look amazing, but also enrich their customers' lives in practical ways. They approach kitchen design as spatial architecture.

After almost 15 years in business, their position was well established, and internally the company had a clear vision. However, their identity and marketing collateral didn’t truly reflect this and there was a clear need to differentiate them from other high-end players.

The solution

Before we could help build awareness and promote an annual programme of events, we polished the existing image and created brand guidelines. The subsequent website project in late 2023 evolved from an intensive brand discovery and on-boarding phase.

This process ensured that every aspect of The Myers Touch unique proposition was covered, yet could be easily explored via a light touch, minimal navigation system.

The work we did has allowed The Myers Touch to really capture who they are and choose the best way to communicate their key brand messages.

The right kind of website visitors are now quickly engaged, whilst those who fall below the budget threshold are sensitively discouraged. It’s a selective strategy which, along with intensive PR activity, has paid dividends in securing their pre-eminent profile.
